The bureaucracy jungle in Turkey necessitates the real estate sector requires a special service packet to assist you when you are not in Turkey and it must also be noted that we do not abandon you after the sale! Our Service with the car hire :
  • Sight seeing trips organized for your first visit to Turkey.

  • Transfer from Airport only €60.

  • Cars delivered to your Hotel, Villa or apartment at no cost.

  • Baby Seats available at €3 per day.

Our Service in the travel agency :

  • Selected choice hotels for longer (overnight) trips.

  • Trips can be arranged that are outside the normal ‘Standard Agency types'.

  • Full itinerary and introductions before starting your trip.

Our Service in the Real Estate sector :

1.With the sale

  • Delivery of the property with registration in the Tapu office (Title deed).
  • Notary agreement if you wish
  • Translator available for ease of mind.
  • Registration of the property in the town hall.
  • Setting up of Water and Electricity accounts.
  • Telephone connection.
  • Help with getting a tax number.
  • Advice on how to open a bank account.
  • Insurance advice for your new property and contents.
  • Purchasing of furniture etc. for your new home.
  • Continuous after sales service and assistance.
  • Legal advice and judicial information.

2.After the sale

•  Control of your water and electricity accounts.

•  Assistance with any ordinary correspondences & representation at apartment owner meetings.

•  Cleaning of your apartment or villa.

•  We will help and advise on any repairs, modifications or alterations required.

•  Control of your estate while you are away.

•  Renting out of your properties.

•  The services in section 2 have to be endorsed with a written agreement.

•  The costs vary depending on the size of the Apartment/Villa.

Three and more Apartment                €320/year
Villa up to 200 sqm                            €400/year
Larger than 200 sqm                          €600/year

Special requests i.e. flowers/champagne/wine or a fridge fill can be arranged at no extra cost.

3. Rentals

We can provide for you a management service if you decide to rent out any property bought from Carraig. We would only rent to a very select person and have permanent control of same. The renter would be treated the same as our customers. Trust and security plays an important role here.  The organizing of all the relevant agreements will be carried out by our team. If you are interested in this service please enquire and full information will be given to you.

To rent an apartment is a very good opportunity for prospective customers to have ‘a look around' and ‘get a feel for the place' before purchasing a property. To buy a house is for many people one of the most important decisions in their life.  So therefore it should be thought through very carefully. Questions like `Is Turkey the right country for me?` or ‘ What are the costs like in Turkey '. These and other questions could be answered with out commitment whilst taking advantage of a rented Villa or Apartment.
