1) DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE LIMITS:
For groups A-B-C-D minimum age requirement is 21 with at least one year of valid driving licence

2) RENTAL PERIOD:
Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis

3) LONG TERM RENTALS:
Minimum rental of period is 30 days. Please contact Koala  RENT A CAR office for further details about rental rates and conditions.

4) DELİVERY AND PICK UP:
Free delivery and pick up service is available within city borders during office working hours service free is charged for deliveries and pick ups to and from places where no Koala RENT A CAR office exists. Calculation is made e.g. the nearest Koala RENT A CAR location to those locations.

5) DELAYED RETURNS:
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour if the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate.

6) INSURANCES:
Under normal conditions, unless the specially arranged insurance packages purchased, the renter is responsible for any loss, theft or accident damage towards Lux vehicle As listed on the back page if the daily specified insurance premiums are paid, the renter will be exemted from any financial responsibilities
If not, the cost for damage will be specified using the table on the back page accordingly in order to have Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection Coverage remained valid. Traffic Accident Report Theft Report and and Alcohol Report must be obtained from the nearest Police or Gendarme Station. The renter will not be if he/she was under influence of drugs/alcohol or hans exceeded the legal speed

7) PAYMENT:
Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the Visa, Eurocard, Master Card and Access at the time of rental.

8)TRAFFİC FİNES:
Legal responsibilities resulting from trafic violations that incur during the rental period or charged to the renter.
